The Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member position will assist in developing business leadership skills, as well as sales and marketing experience. Job Details
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Identify coverage gaps, and market appropriate products & services to customers.
  • Make proposals to potential clients. (In-person & on the phone)
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based processes to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Outbound calling to current & new potential clients.

Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

  • Must be very well organized, and able to multitask in high pressure situations
  • Must be able to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health licensing

Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
